• Que tipo de regime de dieta e fitness você segue?
  I enjoy the life but I look after my body too, no regime no diet just hard work at the gym very hard and healthy food only, we are what we eat.

  I'm always positive no matter what. I enjoy the life and I like all the best things in life even if this sometimes cost me a lot I have just one life so I enjoy it as much as I can.   I enjoy every minute of my day. I love swimming , play football , tennis , walk in the park, eating good food and drink good wine. I like to socialise with the people, I love to go to the cinema and theatre.
