  My fitness regiment is my trades work I do as well as general home workouts I do spontaneously such as sit-ups push ups. My diet contains high protein medium fiber and low carbohydrates

  I live my lifestyle to the principal of wu-wei. It has been a mind-blowing discovery in my life and basically it is the art of not forcing and to go with the flow.

  I love playing my Xbox 360 and learning about various topics such as space and how to stuff.
• O que você mais gosta em si mesmo?
  What I enjoy most about myself is who I've become. In the past I was very selfish and very materialistic got everything I ever wanted,l found out that it wasn't what I expected and had to learn to love myself as a result. My purpose in life now is to share my happiness and and hopefully help people find themselves also.
