  Definitely with a healthy nutrition and often exercise, it just keeps you mr mind clear and ready

  One of the best experiences i had was being on a beautiful day on the Grand Canyon in USA, it was for sure one of the most intense energy that I’ve felt in my life, just magical ⛰
• O que você diria que são suas maiores qualidades e especialidades?
  Im kind, loyal, honest, empathetic, positive and supportive.
• Qual é o seu "nicho"?
  Definitely cooking, that’s why im turning my life now and starting a career on culinary

  Im an authentic guy, I always say what I think o feel in a clear way so there’s no misleading, I’m a simple guy on a tshirt and shorts probably riding his bike and relaxing 🍁

  I love cooking, traveling and learning about new stuffs
• O que você faz para se divertir?
  i love travelling or at least getting out of the city and just enjoy nature, relax between trees and lakes or just sit by the ocean 🌲🌊⛰
• Que tipo de regime de dieta e fitness você segue?
  i try to cook all of my meals as lean and healthy as possible but can't resist when im in front of cookies, i go almost daily to the gym to compensate
• O que você gostaria que seus leitores soubessem sobre você que é único e até um pouco pessoal?
  I like what I do, I’m good at it, and is nice that I can be part of someone’s fantasy and make them have a lot of fun and leave with a big smile 😊
• Com que frequência você viaja? Você prefere viajar ou você é mais um casero?
  I love travelling, I'm always traveling close by for days but usually take a very long/far trip once a year.
• O que o distingue de todas as outras pessoas que você conhece?
  I tend to be a leader in a group 🤷🏻‍♂️ I’m quite smart and have a huge hunger for knowledge, im also very handsome and very very hung 😏

  talk about all my experiences in life, see if i can learn from each others experiences, I found that you can learn a lot from what others people has gone through

  I'm a nice guy and get along with nice people, I tend to avoid hanging out with people that is negative and always have something to complain about 🤚🏻
• O que você mais gosta em si mesmo?
  The endurance, positive attitude and stamina I have every day

  Food for sure, probably my phone, working out, escapes to nature and time alone
