For me, eating a well-balanced diet and having regular exercise is essential for my business and overall health.
My diet includes a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. I tend you eat a vegan based diet 50% of the time. I like to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water and limiting my intake of sugary and processed foods.
As for my fitness regimen. I aim for at least 90 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per day, five days a week and incorporate strength training exercises to build muscle and maintain bone health.
