Starting with eggs, egg whites & oatmeal with berries for breakfast. For lunch its usually a turkey or roast beef sandwich. For dinner I like to cook gourmet and always use fresh organic ingredients.   I have a laidback yet exciting life. I live on the beach and love the ocean. I love to mountain bike and hike almost everyday. Camping is one of my biggest joys.
