  Simple try to cut out bread rice and fast food and junk food as much as possible but diets are hard as hell lol

  I would tell you that I'm a college student studying to become a physical education teacher who loves working with kids and my goals and where I see myself and life and I would ask you the same questions as far as your goals and what you trying to do with your life
