  I’m def a homebody but my work is better when I split my time up amongst you all. So I’m happy to travel, and pretty easy about it. Even though I love my home and am definitely a creature of habit - I love structure - I can be accommodating and flexible.

  I’m plant based
  I know a lot about nutrition and healthy living
  I love and respect the human body and believe in its wellness so I can’t be involved in choices y’all may make that counter any of that. No judgement - just not my thing. I still love you. But Ima do it from over here
