  i am easy going and very talkative but it is probably the Italian part of me.

  I have no tattoos nor piercings.

  I don't have a tv and almost never watch it

  I lead a healthy lifestyle no alcohol, no smoking, no drugs, no junk food, home made meals most the time and regular physical activities
• Que tipo de regime de dieta e fitness você segue?
  I eat healthy that means i cook my meals as much as possible.
  I use a lot of fruit and vegetables but I don't have any restrictions even though I am not a big meat eater.
  I work out 4 or 5 times a week mixing weights and cardio.
  I also swim and hike regularly.
